Women on the Verge will be held at the Graduate School of Arts, Languages and Cultures (SALC), The University of Manchester (Oxford Road, Manchester, M13 9PL).

Travel information by car, train, bus, air, tram and coach is available on the University Maps and travel page. The ALC Graduate School is based in the Ellen Wilkinson Building (number 77 on the Interactive map).

We suggest travelling by bus as it is the most direct and cheapest way to reach the campus.

For those travelling by car, car parking is available at the University. The multi-storey car parks at both Booth Street West and Charles Street offer paid public parking and are convenient and safe. Information on care parking fares can be found here at the bottom of the document. Access to the Car Park D (Booth Street West car park)  has changed and is now from Higher Cambridge Street for the duration of development work at the Alliance Manchester Business School. For sat navigation or to plan your route by car, use the postcode M13 9PL.

For those travelling by bus, there are a large number of direct services
from Piccadilly Bus Station and from south Manchester to reach Ellen Wilkinson Building on Oxford Road campus. From other parts of the city a
change of buses is usually required, normally at Piccadilly Gardens bus station.
